01Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Qzoke about your use of Toddler Games: Bloop’s Arcade (the “app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you are setting up the app for a child, you agree to these terms on the child’s behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02Who the app is for
The app is made for children aged 3–5 to use with the guidance of a parent, guardian or teacher. The grown-ups area is meant for adults only.
03Your licence
The app is free. Qzoke gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Android devices that you own or control, for personal and educational use. Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
04What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or any part of it
- modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows this despite this restriction
- use the app’s characters, artwork, sounds or text outside the app for commercial purposes
- use the app in any way that breaks the law
05Our content
The app and everything in it, including its characters, artwork, sounds, music, text and software, belong to Qzoke or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any ownership of them.
06What your child makes
Anything your child creates in the app stays on your device and is yours. We never receive a copy.
07Privacy
The app collects no personal information. Our privacy policy explains this in full and forms part of these terms.
08Updates and availability
We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the app. We do not promise that the app will always be available or work on every device.
09Healthy use
Screen time is best in short, regular sessions with an adult nearby. Where the app offers a break reminder, you can set it in the grown-ups area. Please make sure your child takes breaks and uses the device safely.
10Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be error-free or meet a particular educational outcome. Nothing in these terms affects any consumer rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be excluded.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qzoke will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms.
