How Toddler Games: Bloop’s Arcade handles information. The short answer: it collects none.

Effective 16 October 2026 · Last updated 16 October 2026

01The short version

  • Toddler Games: Bloop’s Arcade does not collect, store on a server, sell or share any personal information.
  • There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts and no analytics or tracking.
  • The app works fully offline and makes no network requests.
  • Progress and settings are saved only on your device, and you can delete them at any time.

02Who we are

Toddler Games: Bloop’s Arcade (Android package com.qzoke.toddlergames) is made by Qzoke, an independent developer of apps for children. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Qzoke. You can reach us at [email protected].

This policy explains what happens to information when your child uses the app. It applies to the Android app only.

03Information we collect

None. We do not collect, receive or store any personal information from or about you or your child. In particular, the app does not collect:

  • names, email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details
  • device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID
  • location, contacts, photos, files or calendar data
  • voice or audio recordings: the app never uses the microphone
  • camera images or video
  • usage statistics, crash reports or analytics of any kind

Because we receive no data, we have nothing to sell, rent, share or disclose to anyone.

04Information kept only on your device

To work properly, the app saves a small amount of information in its own private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or anyone else, and we cannot see it.

WhatWhy
Game progressLevels reached, stars and which activities have been played, so a child can pick up where they left off.
RewardsStickers, medals and other collectibles earned in the app.
SettingsChoices made in the grown-ups area, such as sound, music and voice switches, voice accent and speed, and the age band.

If you have turned on Android backup for your device, Android may include this app data in your own Google account backup so it can be restored on a new phone. That backup is controlled by your device settings and Google, not by us, and we have no access to it.

05Device features the app uses

Spoken instructions

Instructions and praise are read aloud by the text-to-speech engine already installed on the device (for example, Google’s speech services). The app passes only its own fixed words, and the child’s first name where the app has that option, to the device’s voice engine. The app itself sends nothing over the internet.

Sound, music and vibration

The app plays its own built-in sounds and may use short vibrations as feedback. Both can be switched off in the grown-ups area.

06Android permissions

The app does not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files. Like most Android apps built with standard tools, its listing on Google Play may show a few technical permissions that come with the app framework, for example network access, audio settings, vibration, keeping the screen awake, or storage access on older Android versions.

These permissions are not used to collect information. The app contains no code that sends data over the internet and none that records audio.

07Third-party services

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social media or payment software, and no links that take a child out of the app.

Google Play handles downloading and installing the app, and the device’s own text-to-speech engine provides the spoken voice. Those services are covered by their providers’ privacy policies, such as Google’s Privacy Policy.

08Children’s privacy

Toddler Games: Bloop’s Arcade is designed for children and follows the Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or any user, in line with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws.

Settings, and any option that could affect what leaves the app, sit behind a grown-up gate that young children cannot easily pass.

If you believe a child has somehow sent us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

09Security

Because the app keeps everything on your device and transmits nothing, your child’s information is protected by your device’s own security, such as its screen lock. We recommend keeping your device’s software up to date.

10Keeping and deleting information

Information saved by the app stays on your device until you delete it. You can reset progress in the app (Parents → Reset), clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Step-by-step instructions are on the data deletion page.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its use. Because we hold no personal information about you or your child, there is nothing for us to provide or delete, and you remain in full control of the data on your own device.

You can still contact us at [email protected] with any question about your privacy.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example because a new version of the app adds a feature, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change affects how information is handled, we will update the policy before releasing that version of the app.
