01The short version
- Times Tables Galaxy: Multiply has no accounts, and we keep no data about you or your child on any server.
- Everything the app saves is stored only on your device, so you can delete it yourself at any time using the steps below.
- There is nothing to request from us, but you can always email us with questions.
02Reset progress inside the app
This clears progress and rewards but keeps the app installed.
- Open Times Tables Galaxy: Multiply.
- Go to Parent corner → Reset. You will need to answer the grown-up question first.
- Confirm the reset.
03Delete all app data on Android
This removes everything the app has saved, including settings, and returns it to a fresh install. Menu names vary a little between devices.
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Tap Apps (on some devices, Apps & notifications → See all apps).
- Find and tap Times Tables.
- Tap Storage & cache (or Storage).
- Tap Clear storage (or Clear data) and confirm.
04Uninstall the app
Uninstalling Times Tables Galaxy: Multiply deletes all of its saved data from the device. Press and hold the app icon and choose Uninstall, or open the app’s page in the Google Play Store and tap Uninstall.
05Device backups
If Android backup is turned on, a copy of the app’s data may be kept in your own Google account backup. You can manage or delete backups in your device’s Settings → Google → Backup, or in Google One. We have no access to these backups.
06Questions
If you have any question about your data, email [email protected]. Because we hold no personal information, we cannot look up or delete anything on your behalf, but we are happy to help.
